How to buy on

Selection of goods and adding product to basket.

  • Select the product you wish to purchase from catalog or by search.
  • For some products are choice of certain properties (color, size, etc.) Keep in mind therefore select a each optional properties.
  • Add selected product to shopping chart by Add to Chart buttom.
  • Check in shopping chart if you have really everything. If you have a discount code or Gift card, there it can be applied and price is automatically adjusted. You can check the cost of shipping chosen by the country of delivery in estimation shipping section. Automatically possible options are offered by the weight of the goods.
  • If you were registered before buying in our store, you can track the status of your orders in My Account section. Registration is not required for shoping.

Selection of shipping and payment method.

  • Next, select the mode of transport and payment that best fits to you.
  • If you chose personal pickup, this is possible only at selected events and needs to be arranged in advance.
  • If you choose to pay by the " Purchase Order ", we send you a proforma invoice by e-mail. You will be able to pay by standard bank transfer. Then we send the goods ordered together with the invoice to you.
  • In cases where an order is placed and Cash on delivery paymnet option is selected (this option is available in selected countries only) , we will contact you to confirm the order. After the order is confirmed, it will be processed. Orders once confirmed, cannot be cancelled!

Shipping address

  • There you need just complete delivery details. If you've shopped by ever, fill your login details. Otherwise, you can register and use of loyalty benefits or to buy just once without registration.
  • PLEASE! Arrange right address which is secure, where nobody can misuse delivered parcel. When your local delivery service don´t requeice any ID from recipient, can be complicated finds parcel which was formaly delivered to given address (e.g. bigger apartmens buildings).
  • It goes without saying that all parcels are packed discreetly and neutral company is stated  as the dispatcher.

Submitting your order

  • Your order will be processed by submitting Checkout. About all you will be informed by e-mail to the address given in delivery details. If will be provided invalid email address, order will be canceled.
  • We can not start realize your order, until payment is processed properly.  For exceptions you need to contact us. We are willing to help you solve any troubles with payment.
  • If you choose one of our standard products, goods are sent up to about 30 days. Majority of products we manufactur to order according to customer's request. For some products we may ask you for some additional informations (measurements, accutal options for details etc.), so please, keep in touch with us.
  • Incoice for order you recive in order confirmation email as PDF. Invoice itself is not confirmation of payment!

We send goods to all EU countries by diferent national parcel service. Usualy is parcel delivered within 4 working days, all parcels have detail tracking informations. You will get email with tracking number after it is shipped toy ou. For other countries we used Czech Post, than is parcel usualy delivered by national post serveices in you country (e.g. Swisspost, USPS) and can be pick up in your post office. If you prefer other shipping company, please contact us and we will arrange it but please keep in mind that express shipping have usualy extremly high fees (e.g. even smal parcel to USA by Fedex  are over 80 USD). The transport of packages  are possible to monitor  through Track-and-Trace portals if your national post service support this. Orders to abroad is delivered within 1  or 2 weeks outside EU respectively (to USA usually up to 14 days).  May occurs to some distant countries that standard shippign take over 2 mounths! (Australia, New Zeland, South America).  Some delay may occure by custom office in non-EU countries. If you need some assistance for Custome office, please, contact us. Invoice is not in parcel  as a standard, if you require it, please, contact us. Delivery takes in the Czech Republic 2-3 days. As standardf we use Czech post, for DPD contact us.

Complaints and returns

The buyer, according to Czech Republic law is entitled to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of goods. If you are going to exercise this right, please contact us in advance via email. For more details about return and claims, see the Terms and Conditions.

The possibility returning the goods within 14 days, we offer beyond the law in the case of custom manufacturing orders (most of Fetishak products). We reserve the right to withdraw this possibility in justified individual cases (non-standard contract sizes, a larger number of identical pieces made to order, etc.) and returning of goods can be rejected.
